Note on Coupons;

• Coupons expire on the last day of the month unless otherwise noted.

• Only one promo code can be used at check out, per order.

• Promo codes advertised on the website or in person at yard sales do not apply to custom requests made at anytime.

• Coupons (monthly & special promo codes) can only be used on website orders.

Note on Shipping;

• Orders are mailed out at least three times per week.

• Shipping costs are priced per product.

• Tracking numbers are provided for orders when available. If tracking is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up on delayed/missing packages with local USPS. If tracking is not provided on a request/order, contact me directly.

• Orders shipped outside of the U.S are subject to custom fees and/or other expenses related to importing products from the U.S into a different country. 

• Pocket of Sunshine will not be able to add these fees to your order before checkout nor will we be able to cover fees upon entry into country.  That being said, make sure to check with your local customs office about pricing before purchasing.

• If your item is returned to us we will issue a refund for item but shipping fees are final and non-refundable.

• You must contact customs directly if item is stuck/held. We are not held accountable for any fees or communications.

 

Note on Materials;

• For best jewelry wear of metals and chains, avoid water. Sterling silver and gold filled options (for necklaces, earring hook wires, and wire rings) can typically be accommodated, either by separate purchase/ indication on the website (ie: listing for sterling/gold filled earring hooks) or by direct request, at additional charge. 

• Given the properties of resin and how it reacts in heat, it is perfectly normal for thinner creations, bookmarks for example, to become a bit malleable on a hot summer day. This should not effect the product or design and should return to a hardened texture once cool again. 

• Many of the materials used are natural floral and fauna, both locally sourced & hand-pressed by me, as well as purchased from other small business sellers. Custom requests can typically be accommodated for specific florals, while supplies last.

• Both fresh and dry flowers can be used for custom requests. A large range of flower types can be used. Contact Erin directly to discuss a custom design with personal flowers/ bouquets, or read more details on the Flower Preservation page of this website!

 

Note on Custom Requests;

• Custom requests are taken on an individual basis, by communicating with me directly. I am happy to work with you to achieve an end result you are satisfied with. I will be transparent if your request is not within my capability or resources, and I reserve the right to deny requests that I don’t believe I can execute to my best ability as an artist who takes pride in her work. That being said, I am open to and eager about new ideas, so if you see something within my style that inspires you, let’s chat! I love to collaborate with individuals to help bring their creative ideas to life.

• Custom requests are uniquely priced per product, since all Pocket of Sunshine designs are individualistic, one of one creations. Pricing will be discussed between artist and customer, per request.

• Processing time for requests may extend 6 months, depending on request and quantity.

Note on Repairs/ Returns/ Refunds/ Wrong Item or Out of Stock/ Cancellations;

• If a product arrives broken, contact me ASAP and I will do my best to accommodate, either by creating an inspired design anew, repairing what needs, or refunding. Similarly, if, with regular wear, something comes loose or a jewelry finding falls off, I am happy to repair, within reason. If additional costs are inquired, contact will be made with the customer regarding repair. Customers are responsible for cost of return if product is mailed back. 

• If you order the wrong size of a product (ex: ring, phone case, etc) I will accept an exchange if product is in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the product. 

• Cancellations must be made within 12 hours. Email directly at erinslaytonerin@gmail.com 

• If a customer is not satisfied with a custom request, please contact Erin ASAP and I will follow up within 24 hours! Of course, custom requests with client-provided florals are delicate, so we will communicate to figure out the best possible solution, either by making adjustments to the already made products, or working with any remaining flowers to achieve the vision! Partial refunds may be accommodated on a order by order basis, if alterations cannot be made.

• Occasionally, an item sells on my website that is no longer in stock. In this event, I will again do my best to accommodate, either by creating an inspired design anew, the customer chooses another item at equal or less value of Out of Stock product, or initial product value is refunded.

• Refunds can be issued via CC or online pay.
